After the commission is accepted, I will give an estimated deadline. It might vary from 3 days to 1 month. If there’s a delay such as busy schedule or health issues, I’ll be sure to inform you about it!

You’ll have 3 chances of major revision. If you want more, there will be extra fee for that.

You may occasionally ask for an update, but please don’t spam it too frequently.

Once it’s finished, you’ll receive a G-Drive folder containing a PNG file of the artwork and a transparent no-background version of it.

You may ask for the line art or sketch file, I will include it in the folder too.

The price is a subject to change, as details can vary between each order. More specifically on the background.

Payment will occur after the sketch is approved

I’m only accepting U.S. Dollars (USD) and Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) as currency.

For USD, the only possible payment is currently paypal. For IDR, you can pay with gopay. But I'm also open for other payments, such as ovo, dana, or bank bca.

Please don’t give payments before I approve your commission and ask for the payment!

Can use the artwork made to post on my social media, commission samples or my portofolio. If you don’t want the artwork to be published, please do let me know.

Can retain the copyrights over the commissioned drawing.

Can NOT use it for personal commercial purposes such as reselling or making prints off of it. Unless the commissioner (you) break any of the terms.

Can use the commissioned drawing on your socials and websites WITH proper credit of the artist (me).

With prior discussion and permission, can use the commissioned drawing for commercial purposes such as reselling, making prints, or merch out of it.

Can NOT alter the commissioned work without permission of the artist.

Can NOT claim the work as your own.

I have the right to reject your commission offer if I’m uncomfortable or unable to do it.

You may only ask to cancel the order before I start the coloring. Once you approve the final sketch and made the payments, you cannot cancel the commission.

If I decide to cancel the commission for whatever reason, you’ll get a full refund. You may also ask to send the unfinished piece, if there's any.

If you break any of said terms, you will lose all rights to the drawing and no refunds will be given.
